Project Scope — Production Logistics / Matchday Support
- ATA Carnet & Temporary Import: Planned and coordinated the temporary import/export of ~1,000 individual broadcast items (cameras, audio, lighting, cabling, monitors, mobile units) under ATA Carnet, including documentation control and timed gate windows.
- OB Van / Outside Broadcast Vehicle Access: Managed official access procedures for OB vehicles and compound wayfinding; aligned time slots and handoffs with venue and logistics stakeholders for a clean, repeatable run-of-show.
- VIP Talent & Guest Transport with Escort: Chauffeured recognized former athletes and special guests, delivering security-escorted movements and a door-to-seat entry/exit flow across airport → hotel → stadium routes.
- Translation & Guiding: Deployed professional translation and guiding to keep comms clear and navigation effortless from arrival to departure.
Scope notes: On-field operations and general stadium security were venue-managed; our remit focused on broadcast-adjacent logistics, VIP movements, and guest experience.
